If you are interested in CalWORKs Work Study, please stop by the
office to pick up an application and make an appointment to meet
with Alicia. Work Study funds will be given on a
first come first served basis.

Fast Track To Work (FTTW) at Cabrillo College provides support to CalWORKs, WIA (Workforce Investment Act), as well as Career Technical Education/Teacher Preparation Pipeline students.
CalWORKs is the county assistance program for low income families with dependent children.
WIA benefits are available to full-time in-county students and students who are receiving unemployment benefits seeking career training.
Services include: one-on-one orientations, academic counseling, referrals to campus and community services, financial assistance with childcare, books, supplies, transportation and other required materials. Services vary depending upon funding source.
