CalWORKs Winter Break Activities
CalWORKs students, remember that during the winter break you still need to complete your required activity hours. Contact your ETS for approved activities.

Fast Track To Work (FTTW) at Cabrillo College provides support to CalWORKs, WIA (Workforce Investment Act), as well as Career Technical Education/Teacher Preparation Pipeline students.
CalWORKs is the county assistance program for low income families with dependent children.
WIA benefits are available to full-time in-county students and students who are receiving unemployment benefits seeking career training.
Services include: one-on-one orientations, academic counseling, referrals to campus and community services, financial assistance with childcare, books, supplies, transportation and other required materials. Services vary depending upon funding source.
